  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or advance cash deposit. In the event that a cash deposit is used, the amount of deposit will be 1/2 the total rate and no less than one night's rent.
  • Rates apply only to advance reservations.
  • Discounts available for weekly or extended stays; please contact the motel directly for information.
  • Cancellation policy for suites: Deposits for in-season dates will be forfeitted for any cancellation that occurs within two weeks of scheduled arrival. The cancellation period is one week for the rest of the year.
  • Cancellation policy for all other rooms: No penalty for cancellations that occur at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Stays are guaranteed in full; No Show charge for full length of stay may be incurred.
  • No refunds are given for early departures.
  • In-Season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. Shoulder season is from April 1 to Memorial Day and the day after Labor Day through November 30th. All other dates are considered off-season. Within the prices shown above, weekends, holidays, and special event periods are charged at the upper end of the range. All rates are for double occupancy. Every additional person in a room is charged $10 per night in-season and $5 per night in shoulder and off-season. Children under 12 stay free.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM; check-out is 10 AM; early check-in may be available for an additional fee.
  • All rates are subject to change. All rates are subject to NC sales tax and Dare County lodging tax, currently 12.75 percent total.
